The Polytron IR 334 is an explosion proof IR or infrared gas detector used for the continuous monitoring of ambient air for combustible gases, vapors. The IR334 offers 0-20% LEL and up to 100% LEL, alternatively 0-100% v/v for methane.

The Polytron IR 340 is an explosion proof IR or infrared gas detector used for the continuous monitoring of ambient air for combustible gases, vapors and alkanes at even higher sensitivity and enables a 5 – 100% LEL Detection as well in the ppm range.

The Draeger Polytron IR Ex ES is a gas detector for continuous monitoring of combustible gases and vapors in ambient air. The measuring range for these substances is typically 0 - 100 %LEL, for some it can be set as low as 0 - 3000 ppm or as high as 0 - 10 Vol%.

The Draeger Polytron IR Ex HC is a gas detector for continuous monitoring of combustible gases and vapors in ambient air. The transmitter uses a smaller optical system including only one reflector. It is very suitable for hydrocarbons which strongly absorb IR around the 3.4 micrometer band such as gasoline vapors, alcohols, ethers and cyclo-alcanes.

The Draeger Polytron IR Ex IL is a gas detector for continuous monitoring of combustible gases and vapors in situ (in-line) of a gas stream. The rugged stainless steel measuring chamber has two ½" NPT openings to connect piping to the sensor. The measuring range for combustible gases and vapors is typically 0 - 100%LEL, for some it can be set as low as 0 - 1000 ppm or as high as 0 - 100 Vol%.
