ASCO 8340 Series Valves

ASCO's 8340 air-only design for cylinder control can accommodate up to eight single and dual solenoid valves, in any combination. Sub-base constructions have separate cylinder connections and common pressure and exhaust connections at each end. These valve can be manifolded as well as factory assembled or grouped in the field with strong snap-on clamps, supplied.

ASCO 8342 Series Valves

ASCO 8342 valves are direct acting, high flow slide-style with optional flow control which regulates cylinder speed independently, in either direction. Mechanical detent on dual solenoids holds the last position, even after loss of electric power, pneumatics or pressure. No Minimum Operating Pressure Differential is required to shift valve. Dual solenoid operation: solenoid may be energized momentarily (1/10 second) or continuously.

ASCO 8344 Series Valves

This ASCO valve features sturdy, robust construction with a piston-operated poppet design providing high flow. The 8344 can be used with air or water and is offered in a wide range of sizes and flow rates. Single or dual solenoid constructions are available. Dual solenoid can be shifted with a momentary signal and remain in position even if electrical power is lost.

ASCO 8345 Series Valves

ASCO's 8345 compact valve functions well in general service applications. It is a low-cost, 4-way valve to be used in a low flow application. Valve is mountable in any position. Solenoid enclosure is watertight, Types 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, and 4X. Optionally Explosion proof and Watertight are available in Types 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 7, and 9.

ASCO 8401/8402 Series Valves

The ASCO 8401 / 8402 offers optional flow control regulates cylinder speed in either direction for air/inert gas service only. Dual solenoid versions hold last position, even after loss of electric power. Operation of dual solenoids may be energized momentarily (1/10 second) or continuously. Sealing method is either durable and “non-sticking”. Standard manual operator is both momentary and maintained.

ASCO 8551/8553 Series Valves

ASCO's compact spool valve, with threaded port connections, features DIN, Watertight and Explosionproof solenoids. All exhaust ports are pipable, providing better protection against harsh environments. This inline spool is provided with a standard manual operator and is mountable in any position. Unit is available in single and dual solenoid constructions.
