ASCO 8320 DMO Series Valves

ASCO's Pilot Valve mounts directly to spring return actuators with a NAMUR interface. Poppet valve performance is the same as in the standard 8320 valves. An integral breather block prevents ingestion of contaminates or corrosives. Valve is mountable in any position and is available in a variety of flow and pressure ratings.

ASCO 8320 Dribble Series Valves

ASCO's Dribble Control Valve has a unique 3-way design for locking quarter turn actuators in multiple positions for applications which require modulated flow. Solenoids can be pulsed independently to bleed air into or out of actuator for fine positioning. NAMUR mount construction reduces complex piping arrangements and 10X32, 10X24 and M5 hardware is supplied.

ASCO 8380/8401 DMO Series Valves

ASCO's Pilot Valve mounts directly to actuators with NAMUR, Keystone, or Worcester interfaces. Coil can be changed for easy conversion from AC to DC. 3/2 normally closed or 4/2 operation can be selected by rotating sub-base gasket. The breather block exhausts to spring side of actuator to prevent corrosion of the actuator. The valve features a unique CA slide and ceramic flow plate for extra-long life.

ASCO 8342 DMO Series Valves

ASCO's Solenoid Valve features direct acting operation and high flow construction. Optional flow control regulates cylinder speed independently, in either direction. Mechanical detent on dual solenoids holds last position, even after loss of electric power, pneumatics or pressure. No Minimum Operating Pressure Differential is required to shift valve. Valve is mountable in any position.

ASCO 8551 DMO Series Valves

ASCO's Compact Spool Valve is convertible from 3/2 to 5/2 with flow plates and mounts directly to actuators with NAMUR interface (VDI/VDE 3845). Single and dual solenoid constructions are available. Exhaust vents to spring side of actuator preventing corrosion of actuator. A unique design combines hard T-seals and flexible o-rings, provides bubble-tight shutoff, resistance to dirt and multimillion cycle life controlling air or inert gas.
