Possible career opportunities will be in three areas:
Customer Service Specialists – These individuals are based in Indianapolis, Indiana or Kentucky. They need to have an education and experience in engineering, i.e. process, electrical, mechanical or chemical fields. Good interpersonal, computer, and math skills are a must.
Their day-to-day duties consist of creating quotes; entering sales orders and helping customers secure the right valve or instrument to solve their individual situation.
Territory Sales Managers – The basic function of the Territory Sales Manager position is to work within a geographical sales territory, (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee) promoting the products and services available to all prospective accounts within that territory. Individuals will work remotely from their home locations. These individuals need to have an education and experience in engineering, i.e. process, electrical, mechanical or chemical fields. Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
A penchant for investigating new business, following up on inquiries and gaining product knowledge is necessary. Territory sales and profit projections will be established in agreement with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the George E. Booth Co., Inc.
