CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

        

G.E. has been with the company for over 40 years, and is a second-generation owner and CEO, a role in which he teaches, leads, and directs the company's management team, and has done so since 1999. He was born in New Jersey, but has been a resident of Indianapolis since early childhood. In his spare time, G.E. enjoys traveling, golfing, and fishing.


 

SCOTT YOUNG
PRESIDENT

        

Scott started with George E. Booth Co., LLC in 2014 as director of sales and has since risen into the position of president. In this position, his focus is on continuing a forward and upward trajectory for the company while maintaining its rich culture. A graduate of Marian University in Indianapolis, Scott lives in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife and daughter, and enjoys exercising and following college and professional football in his free time.


  

BRIAN KINNICK
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

        

Brian has been with the company for more than two decades, with the last several spent leading operations. In this role, Brian oversees all daily operations, including inside sales leadership, administrative and warehouse personnel. Born and raised in Indiana, he currently lives in Carmel, and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing and watching basketball, and watching football in his free time.


  

JASON KNUTESON
VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICE AND SOLUTIONS

       

Jason Knuteson joined our team with more than 15 years of experience from our principal and partner, Endress+Hauser, where he served as Director of Solutions & Integration, along with two VP roles on the executive team (VP of Projects and Solutions and VP of Marketing). Jason is a great addition to our team as he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in service and solutions. Jason is married to his wife Allyson and has two daughters, Becca and Abbie. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling with his family and racing cars in the Sports Car Club of America.




  

SHAUN BEAUCHESNE
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

       

Shaun has been in the process automation industry for 23 years. He joined the GEB team in early 2023 as the VP of Sales, leaving an Area Vice President Role at our partner and principle which he held for 11 years. Shaun brings a vast amount of professional sales knowledge to our team of Territory Account Managers. When he isn’t helping our team close a deal, he can be found watching one of his four children compete in one of their various athletic activities with his wife Jen.




  

TROY BOARDMAN
GENERAL MANAGER, ILLINOIS

       

Troy has filled three different positions in his time with George E. Booth Co., LLC, and entered his current role of general manager in 2018. In this position, Troy manages the company’s Romeoville office; Troy has lived in Northern Illinois all of his life and currently resides in Shorewood with his wife and children. Troy has an extensive background in basketball—he played the sport in college and currently officiates it during the winter months—and also enjoys golfing. 



  

MIKE HOLLAWAY
AREA SALES MANAGER, SOUTH

       

Mike Hollaway grew up in Brownsburg, IN and currently resides in Independence, KY.  A 1987 graduate of Indiana State University, Mike has been with the company for 15 years, and in his current role as Area Sales Manager for 9 years.  He manages a team of 9 in Kentucky, southern Indiana, and southern Ohio.  In his spare time, he enjoys watching college football and woodworking.



  

JON HOLMES
AREA SALES MANAGER, INDIANA

       

Jon has been an Indianapolis resident for over 20 years – previously, he resided in Minnesota, California, Kentucky and Texas – and has been with the George E. Booth Co., LLC since 2006. Jon took on the role of Outside Sales Manager in Indiana at the outset of 2021. Jon is married with two children, and in his spare time, he enjoys playing softball, shooting, and following the Indianapolis Colts.



  

MIKE JEFFERS
CONTROLLER

       

Mike has served as Controller for George E. Booth Co., LLC since 2019. He is a CPA and a 1994 alum of the University of Notre Dame. Mike is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and planning. Mike was born and raised in Indianapolis and currently lives in Carmel, Indiana. He enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, watching his boys compete in their various sports, golfing, and travelling.



  

REMINGTON O'GUIN
INSIDE SALES MANAGER

       

An Indiana native, Remington joined the GEB team in 2017. He has been fortunate to have experience as a Territory Account Manager on the outside team as well as Technical Sales with the inside team. Early in 2023, Remington was named Inside Sales Manager. He is a passionate and dedicated leader actively working to coach, mentor and train our team of Technical Sales Specialists. In his spare time, you can find Remington running on the Monon Trail, spending time with his family and friends, or completing a DIY project on his home in Indianapolis.
